As a new client, you'll receive a complimentary first session, that is included in your package, setting the stage for a series of private training sessions designed just for you. 03 - Open Studio Time

Take advantage of our open fitness studio time to enhance your fitness journey. Our studio provides a dynamic and supportive environment for you to work out alone or with a partner. Whether you prefer cardio, strength training, or stretching, our well-equipped studio offers the ideal space for you to continue your customized workouts, experiment with new exercises, and determine what works best for your unique fitness goals. You'll be surrounded by a community of like-minded individuals who are committed to achieving their personal best.

*To use the studio during open hours, you must be an existing client with a personal trainer. Your partner can also schedule open studio time if you are training with your trainer or working out alone (separate registration required.*
